The eCommerce Merchants Radio show will air every Wednesday at 12:15 ET (9:15 AM PT) LIVE with the audio archives available for download online and on iTunes within 24-48 hours after the live program. Join us live when you can and be sure to download any missed episodes when you can't.

With the eCommerce Merchants Radio Show being 15 minutes in length, we will be focused on the important stuff that impacts sellers most. The program will discuss eCommerce strategies, best practices, and tips learned within the eCommerce Merchants community of sellers week by week. We will not become another news channel as we like to help our members create the news rather than watch it happen.
To top it off, we will be sharing a new strategy with our listeners each week with our One Minute eCommerce Strategy session near the end of each show.

I'm excited to announce that for our first radio show it is only appropriate to invite Joe Cortese as the Founder and Chairman for PeSA to kick things off. We will discuss how the Association got started over 5 years ago, what is the foundation of the group, why has it been so successful at helping online merchants survive in difficult times but also prosper and grow along the way. With eCommerce Merchants and PeSA being about sellers helping sellers this show will certainly help introduce new merchants not familiar with eCommerce Merchants about the power of the community while also sharing a little history with our long-time members.

The Wall Street Journal recently announced the launch of eBay's 2009 advertising campaign with the tag line "Come to think of it, eBay".  

The new campaign is intended "to shift the buyer perception of what eBay is today," said Lorrie Norrington, president eBay's marketplace operations.

For eBay sellers, this should be considered good news whenever eBay invests in driving buyers to the site increasing sales.  Below is the first video to give sellers a flavor for the campaign.

The biggest impact for me was the networking with other retailers. Many of us are experiencing similar business issues whether it is website design, customer service or employee-related issues.
